The following steps can be taken by you over the 9 days you are conducting the Negative Energy Clearing Ritual.
- Refrain from eating meat, fowl or fish. These foods often contain toxins that can make your system sluggish.
- Rid all 'white' foods from your diet - sugar, flour, potato.
- Minimize your use of coffee and caffeine drinks.
- Use no alcohol or as little as possible.
- If you are a smoker, cut back, and smoke as little as possible.
- Drink plenty of water.
After the 9 days you may feel tingling, numbness or warm sensations. You may notice further sensations of energy, heat, light, colours, or just feelings of general positively and peace.
